Am I eligible for a “14-Day Express Divorce”?

You are eligible for an “Express 14-Day Divorce” if the following requirements are met:

1. You or your spouse meet the NYS residency requirements.
2. You know where your spouse is located.
3. Your spouse is cooperating with the process.
