You need a judgment of divorce only without any incidental matters such as child custody, child support, spousal support, or community property partition.
We prepare and file all pleadings necessary for your uncontested divorce. Both spouses must sign paperwork for the divorce in the presence of a notary.

Express Divorce Only
The same as the Divorce Only option except the you obtain your judgment of divorce on an expedited basis – usually in about three weeks.

Court Fees for Parishes
Court costs are additional costs imposed by the court for the parish in which the divorce is filed. The court costs are paid directly to the court to process the case. Some courts charge a flat-fee while others have varying costs. Below is a list of estimated court costs for uncontested divorces in just a few of the Louisiana parishes that our law firm serves.
